Fountain Spring - Offers you Multiple Options

Located in Plantation, Florida, this neighborhood consists of 628 single family homes that were built between 1989 and 1995. There are 4 different phases, each with different sizes, floor plans and price point. Most homes range from 1,500-2,800 sq. ft. under air with one and two car garages.

One of the things that makes this community so sought after is the seven lakes and multiple canals throughout the community. There is a large aquatic center with resort-style heated swimming pools, a kiddie pool and a huge spa all on a fantastic large sundeck overlooking the water. There is also a wonderful picnic pavilion and a spacious clubhouse with kitchen facilities that may be used for social events and parties.

Residents also enjoy the neighborhood’s own Deicke Park which has a half-mile jogging trail with exercise equipment designed for joint use by the general public and the physically challenged. Park amenities also include two hard court tennis courts, sand volleyball, a basketball court, picnic tables and open play areas. A huge playground provides fun for toddlers and older children. The park also has a pavilion that may be rented for parties, picnics and family gatherings.

Other parks nearby include Sunset Park and Central Park. Enjoy great local shopping at the Nob Hill Pavilion, Vizcaya Square and the Plantation Promenade, as well as at the large outlet mall at Sawgrass Mills with nearly 2.5M sq. ft. in retail space, 300 retailers, a 24-theater movie complex and multiple restaurants.
